Allow importing multiple EAD-XML files in one operation. This could be
accomplished one of two ways (that I can think of)
1) From the command line (Phing task)
User can freely point to a directory, or specify a list of files to import.
2) From the web application (Web GUI)
Allow upload of an archive file (zip, gz, bzip, etc.) containing multiple
EAD-XML files.
Which method we use will have to be evaluated based on performance,
technical challenges and ease of use.
