New issue 1926 by [email protected]: Autocomplete fields broken

To reproduce this error:

1)Create or edit an archival description (I tested with ISAD; I haven't
tested actors, repository, etc. but I assume they are broken too)
2)Click in the creator, repository, or any of the access point fields
(name, subject, place)
Resulting error:
================
1) Autocomplete list only shows currently selected value (if any)
2) Any text typed in the autocomplete is cleared when the field loses focus
(tab out, click on a different field, etc.)
Expected result:
================
1) List should show up to 10 object from appropriate category
2) Typed text should be retained when field loses focus, and a new actor,
place or subject should be added when the description is submitted
