Control view access to certain fields

As configurable option, show certain fields only to authenticated users
(with rights on that institution's descriptions):
Examples that institutions may want to hide from public view are:
• Control area - description record identifier, revision date, archivist's
notes, etc.
• Metadata about digital object
From Saskatchewan wish list (SK-7). Comment from Artefactual:
A new page could be added showing all RAD elements and allowing
administrators to select which fields would be shown to unauthenticated
users.
(Note that it would not just be RAD elements, but all descriptive elements,
e.g. the control area).
