To reproduce this error:

1)Create information object and save
2)Click "Link digital object"
3)Select attached jpeg image (CVA_Townley_Hotel1.jpg) using "Upload a
digital object > Browse", and click "Create"
Resulting error:
================
Image uploaded, but no reference image or thumbnail created
(See "Screenshot.png")
Expected result:
================
Should create reference image and thumbnail automatically.
NOTE: The imagemagick library IS installed and working properly.
