New issue 1952 by [email protected]: Menu - hide links for record types
that aren't populated (e.g. functions, places)

While it is possible to delete a menu item, it would be better to make this
dynamic - e.g. function link hidden unless there are relevant records.
Part of planned SK development, if feasible.
