To reproduce this error:

1) Create an information object
2) Click on "Import digital objects"
3) Fill the form and select one file
Resulting error:

We have found some situations where multiFileUploadAction stops working.
Apache error log prints a blank line each time this action is executed.
It doesn't look a big problem, but it is hidden somewhere and it will be
difficult to solve it until I can reproduce it locally.
Expected result:

Selected files should be imported.
