New issue 1972 by [email protected]: Multiple-line street address can't
be edited

To reproduce this error:

1)Add a contact information block with street address using more than one
line, e.g.
Room 123, Some Building
3 University Drive
2)Save the record
3)Edit the contact block just created
4)Click save (it doesn't matter if you make any changes)
Resulting error:

The street address will be one one line, losing the line break originally
created. The input type is text rather than textarea.
Expected result:
================
The linebreak should be retained. The edit form should be the same as the
new contact block form, i.e. textarea for street address in both cases.
