Split from issue 1954.
It is currently possible to search only the *names* of repositories. With
this enhancement:
- descriptive repository fields would be searchable (e.g. history, mandate,
holdings), although they probably wouldn't need to be searchable separately
Need to refine which fields are searchable, and relevance ranking.
