Patch in #4 allows to search for terms without an accent but searching for
accented words no longer works. Example:
* Without the patch we can search for «Marañón»
* With the patch the only term returning a result is «Maranon»
Also by reading the code I see the patch apply on some vendor files. IMO it
shouldn't touch third party files.
