in actor/io/function/reposory browser screens

To reproduce this error:

1) Log out from ICA-AtoM
2) Open actor/io/function/repository browser screens
3) Do not click on Recent changes or alphabetic buttons
Resulting errors and expected results:

- In actor browser:
Alphabetic mode is set by default but the sort arrow appears in "Updated
column". The arrow column should appear in the "Name" column, "Updated"
column should be replaced by "Type" column.
- In function browser:
Alphabetic mode is set by default but the sort arrow appears in "Updated
column". The arrow column should appear in the "Name" column, "Updated"
column should be replaced by "Type" column.
- In information object browser:
Alphabetic mode is set by default but the sort arrow does not appear, it
should appear in "Title" column.
- In repository browser:
Alphabetic mode is set by default but "Type" and "Country" column do not
appear, neither the arrow column in the "Name" column.
