New issue 1978 by [email protected]: Holdings search of single
repository gives incorrect results

To reproduce this error:

1)On the demo site, follow the links to an institution, e.g.
http://www.ica-atom.org/demo/library-and-archives-canada;isdiah
2) Do a search for "correspondence reports" (no quotes)
3)
Resulting error:

Results are returned for three different institutions
Expected result:
================
Only one institution's records should be returned
Search string:
correspondence reports and repository:"Library and Archives Canada"
is in fact interpreted as correspondence or (reports and
repository:"Library and Archives Canada")
See issue 1977 re default boolean operator. This should also be resolved
(using OR default) with issue 1948, in which pending patch for that issue
groups the keyword search.
