repository searches alphabetical

It appears that the current sort for the "list" view in the search results
(actors and repositories) is by actor_id, rather than alphabetical or by
relevance.
Currently, only name is searched, and no other text is returned, so
alphabetical would make sense. See also issue 1965 re adding fields to the
authority/repository search index.
