Text entered as "other" notes (i.e. from the pull-down list, such as
general note) is not processed the same way as other fields. For example,
URLs are not automatically hyperlinked.
The reason seems to be that render_show / render_value is not applied to
these values (see
plugins/sfRadPlugin/modules/sfRadPlugin/templates/indexSuccess.php). That
may be by design, because of the way this text is generated, but I assume
there is another way to achieve the same thing.
