To reproduce this error:

1) Open the taxonomy browser
Resulting error:

Examples:
* Actor Relation Type
* Level of description
* Note types
- In some case we capitalize every word, in others not.
- Sometimes we say "type", others we says "types".
Expected result:
================
They should be consistent and only the first word should have
capitalization.
