Integrate Qubit as much as possible (Symfony supports it, btw) with XCache
or APC (this one looks better, but both give similar performance results).
In case this is only a deployment issue (Symfony config files, web server
configuration, etc), document it in the wiki.
This would mean 3x performance, maybe more in all the code related to
Propel classes.
