Add ability to filter/restrict search to information objects within the
hierarchy of a specific (likely top-level) information object, eg. a fonds
or collection.
There is a significant performance consideration due to hierarchy
traversal, so implementation will be highly dependent upon the search index
being used; ie. whether it is possible with ZSL or would require ES/Lucene.
To be discussed as part of 1.3 development.
