To reproduce this error:

1)In ISAD edit template, enter information into Appraisal, destruction and
scheduling field
2)Save the record
3)Switch to RAD show page
Resulting error:
================
The field appears in the Notes area on the RAD show page. However, there is
no RAD field for this data, and there is no note in the RAD edit template.
Expected result:
================
Appraisal, destruction and scheduling field should not appear in RAD show
page
