New issue 2020 by [email protected]: EAD export doesn't include
<geogname> or <persname> access point info.

To reproduce this error:

1)Enter name and place access points.
2)Hit EAD export.
3)
Resulting error: name and place access points (<geogname>, <persname>)
don't appear in resulting EAD file.

Expected result: name and place access points appear in the EAD file.
