To reproduce this error:
This error is based on a date validation warning for MemoryBC file-level
record http://memorybc.ca/leita-richardson-research-materials;rad which is
linked to the series-level record
http://memorybc.ca/letia-richardson-charles-h-scott-research;rad

1)The series-level has a date range in the Dates of creation area
of "1925-1990, predominant 1925-1964"
2) The file-level description a date of "[193-]", a RAD format
Resulting error:

When viewing the file-level description in editing mode the date validation
warning appears "Date(s) - are not consistent with higher levels."
Expected result:
================
There should be no date validation error.
