We currently use md5 checksums for verifying digital object file integrity.
Switch to SHA-256 because:
1) Archivematica is using SHA-256. Staying consistent provides ingest to
access integrity checking
2) MD5 is not collision resistant (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5) which
could allow malicious users to create a different file with the same
checksum - though this is probably very unlikely
