1)Create Deaccession Record from existing Accession Record.
2)Complete data entry for all required elements.
3)Save deaccession record.
4)Accession record screen, click on deaccession record hyperlink.
5)Deaccession Record view, red mandatory element warnings for scope and
description to be filled.
