To reproduce this error:

Resulting error:

<eadid> element uses primary key of row
e.g.
<eadid countrycode="GB" mainagencycode="GB-249"
url="http://ica-atom.org/strathclyde/jaqueline-tyrwhitt-papers;ead?sf_form...";
encodinganalog="Identifier">992</eadid>
Expected result:
================
<eadid> element should use "Reference Code" (ISAD(G) 3.1.1)
e.g.
<eadid countrycode="GB" mainagencycode="GB-249"
url="http://ica-atom.org/strathclyde/jaqueline-tyrwhitt-papers;ead?sf_form...";
encodinganalog="Identifier">GB 249 TYR</eadid>
