New issue 2057 by [email protected]: Migration for per repository
digital objects doesn't work properly

To reproduce this error:

1) Create a Release 1.1 (or earlier) install with two (or more)
repositories that have have the same "top-level" uploads subdirectory, e.g.
Repo A has digital objects in "uploads/2/3/231"
Repo B has digital objects in "uploads/2/5/256"
2) Dump and migrate the data
Resulting error:
================
digital objects for both repositories will be migrated
to "uploads/r/repo-a/2/3/231" (because we are moving the entire "uploads/2"
directory)
Expected result:
================
digital objects should be moved too:
uploads/r/repo-a/2/3/231
uploads/r/repo-b/2/5/256
