If digital image is linked to item-level description, but the status of
that item-level description is draft (the status of the collection is
published) the thumbnail is viewable in the scrolling viewer to public
users. If you click on the thumbnail image in the scrolling viewer you are
denied permission to view the item-level description and the image.
Everything is viewable to an authorized user.
