and/or restriction description for digital objects that have access
restrictions.

Though some DIPs and other lower resolution access copies may be uploaded
to ICA-AtoM, access restrictions may apply. For these records, a tool tip
that shows while mousing over the thumbnail or title of the object or
objects should describe the restriction(s) and/or include a link to
instructions for gaining access (repository sets parameters for this).
