New issue 2070 by [email protected]: Saved Rights event losing some data

To reproduce this error:

1)Create an accession record
2)Add a new rights event
3)Click Submit
4)Edit event
Resulting error:

the Rights holder field is deleted. If Basis is copyright, Copyright
jurisdiction is deleted.
Expected result:
================
All fields should be saved.
