New issue 2077 by [email protected]: Add rights to an accession
record and 500 server error occurs.

To reproduce this error:

1)create accession record and save
2)edit accession record and allow rights to materials
3)save accession record
4)500 server error screen
5)change to qubit_dev and the template returns but no information added
into the accession record during the edit (for example the rights
information) has been saved
Resulting error:
================
information added to accession record is not saved
Expected result:
================
added rights information is saved to accession record
