Edit rights act types to comply with METS and PREMIS.
List should be:
delete
discover
display
disseminate
migrate
modify
replicate
Remove all other act types. Users can add additional act types per their
own instance.
We should list the sources of the rights in the taxonomy menu (like event
types). See rights wiki for more help.
