It is unclear to me what this issue refers to.
If it refers to translating documentation about ICA-AtoM, such as a User
Manual, this is done by volunteer translators.
If it refers to translating the content of descriptions in ICA-AtoM, this
is done by users with the translation interface.
If it refers to translating the ICA-AtoM application, this is done by
volunteer translators prior to each version release, and submitted to
Artefactual for implementation in the new release.
