New issue 2104 by [email protected]: Relatioinship dialog for RELATED
RESOURCE in edit authority record screen is not easy to read and is
difficult to find the date field.

To reproduce this error:

1)create relationship in the edit actor screen
2)select from drop down list
Resulting error:

See greyed out area in screen shot.
Expected result:
================
Ability to read text below drop-down box and to add data to the date field.
