New issue 2109 by [email protected]: Too easy to create new duplicate
entity when using the drop down fields

To reproduce this error:

1)user types existing name into drop down list
2)user does not wait to select name from suggested results
3)user submits/saves form
Resulting error:

duplicate names/entities created
Expected result:
================
warn user that a duplicate name exists
