Comment #1 on issue 2110 by [email protected]: Item list report
http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=2110
Additional requirements from CVA:
3.1. Basic (title, date, access restrictions, item number, retrieval
information)
3.1.1. sorted by title
3.1.2. sorted by date
3.1.3. sorted by physical ordering (i.e., location or container info)
3.1.4. sorted by reference code/item number
3.2. Verbose (all descriptive item info)
- as per basic version
3.3. Internal
as per the basic and verbose versions listed above, but with the additional
ability to group by archival context, and then apply the applicable sort
within the group.
A highly desirable option for item lists is the ability to include a
thumbnail of any image linked to the item description. This is of use
mainly for photographs, but may also be a useful addition for text items
(showing a thumbnail of the first page, for example), and for moving images
(showing a thumbnail of the first frame, or of a frame from the middle of
the video, as initial frames are often blank).
