To reproduce this error:

1) Create information object title=Prueba, id=P
2) Import Evelyn's demo DIP package using qtSwordPlugin/php-sword-library
(ask me if you really need to reproduce all this setup)
3) A new archival description called "Graphics" is created in "Prueba"
containing four images
4) Try to remove it
Resulting error:
