New issue 2141 by [email protected]: Unable to activate a theme when
browsing in a language distinct to english

To reproduce this error:

1) Switch to spanish
2) Go to Admin > Themes
3) Click the checkbox on the right of a theme to select it
4) Submit
Resulting error:
================
After submit theme hasn't changed. The same previous theme is enabled.
Expected result:
================
Theme change.
Extra information:

I've seen that this procedure generates a row for spanish in the
setting_i18n table. It seems qubit continues reading the english setting.
