form allows invalid container value, but form then can't be submitted

I tested this by adding a Container Name into the auto-complete box that is
not from the auto-complete values.
I hit SAVE and the form simply added my Container Name as a field and then
provided me with the option to add another Container Name into the
auto-complete box but did not close the screen.
I hit SAVE again and the form closed. Returning me to the edit archival
description screen with the Container Name that I entered now linked to the
archival description.
