in browse subjects and places

To reproduce this error:

1) go to the browse subjects page -
http://www.ica-atom.org/demo/;taxonomy/browse/35
Resulting error:
================
There is no sort arrow (to reverse the order of the sort).
If you click on "subject" (in the heading), the arrow then appears and
functions normally.
The same thing happens with place.
Expected result:
================
The sort arrow should be available upon navigating to the browse subjects
(places), as for archival descriptions, authority records and archival
institutions.
