To reproduce this error:

1)Import or link an image
2)Click on reference image at top of description to view master copy
3)Check path to image in URL
(e.g. "http://localhost/~david/qubit/uploads/r/abc-archives/4/5/457/IMG_9503.JPG)
4)Delete the digital object (and confirm delete)
Resulting error:

The path uploads/r/abc-archives/4/5/457 still exists, even if there are no
other digital objects in the abc-archives
Expected result:
================
Prune empty directories. In the example, if there are no other digital
objects, then the entire path after upload/r/ should be deleted.
