To reproduce this error:

1)Enter a URL for a resource that doesn't exist (e.g.
<http://www.ica-atom.org/demo/;actor/browses>)
Resulting error:

Sorry, page not found.
The server returned a 404 response.
Did you type the URL correctly?
Did you follow a broken link?
Back to previous page
Go to homepage
Expected result:
================
Remove "The server returned a 404 response." text - doesn't mean anything
to casual user.
