New issue 2186 by [email protected]: Maintenance note not being saved
in ISAAR record (issue 1381) - reintroduced?

To reproduce this error:

1) In MemoryBC, create a new or edit an existing authority record.
2) Add a Maintenance note and save the record
3) Edit the record again and the note has disappeared
NOTE: This was previously reported as Issue 1381: Maintenance note not
being saved in ISAAR record and reported as fixed in November 2010.
It looks as though the error has been reintroduced.
Resulting error:

Maintenance note is not saved.
Expected result:
================
Maintenance note should be saved.
