If ISDIAH CSV import has a type listed a user can add a second type from
the drop-down and it will be added and saved. But trying to add a third
type from the drop-down will not work.
WORKAROUND: Add type from drop-down, save the edit archival repository
template. Click on edit and re-open the edit archival repository template
and add the second type from drop-down and save.
