New issue 2203 by [email protected]: Browse menu translated in
Caribou but NOT other themes. Browse results page title not translated.

To reproduce this error:

1)Problem reported by Slovenian user, but I have tested in other languages
and it appears in all.
2) Browse menu is translated in the Caribou theme only and NOT other themes.
3) There is also problem under Search (Browse archival descriptions) text
(gray) stays in

Browse menu labels should show as is in all languages.
All terms translated should view as translated.
