New issue 2210 by [email protected]: Fatal error when using "link
digital object" and using an invalid URL

To reproduce this error:

1)Login and click on an existing archival description
2)Click "Link digital object"
3)In the URL field enter "http://example.org";
4)Click "Create"
Resulting error:

Blank white page for public users. See attached stack trace for error.
Expected result:
================
User friendly error page.
