New issue 2215 by [email protected]: In edit template the Add New
hyperlink is in English ONLY, in rights and donor dialogs the "submit"
and "cancel" button are in English ONLY.

To reproduce this error:

1)Select any language other than English
2)Open Accession Edit template and go to Rights or Donor Area
3)ADD NEW hyperlink in English, all other labels in selected language
4)Rights and Donor dialogs at bottom "Submit" or "Cancel" buttons in
English, not in selected language
Expected result:
================
All labels and buttons and hyperlinks should be in selected language
