To reproduce this error:

1)In edit archival description template click on link physical storage
2)Create storage container and location, click save.
Resulting error:
================
Manager physical storage and click on container, list of holdings show
title only but no level identifier (e.g., fonds, series, file or item).
Expected result:
================
List of holdings within container should show identifiers.
