New issue 2233 by [email protected]: Fresh Installation - 500 Server
Error on home page, about, static pages

To reproduce this error:

1) Followed the installation instructions for hosted server (php 5.3, MySql)
2) Install seemed to work correctly. I am able to login and access many of
the internal pages
3) Home page (/qubit/index.php), about (/qubit/index.php/about), and
about(/qubit/index.php/about) result in 500 server errors
Resulting error:
================
500 server error
Expected result:
================
viewable pages
Please advise what configuration settings I am missing.
