New issue 2239 by [email protected]: Trillium theme, the duplicate
record button causes the UI edit template to jump on screen and hides title
proper data entry field.

To reproduce this error:

1)In Trillium theme.
2)Create archival description. Save. Select Duplicate Button.
Resulting error:
================
New archival description edit template appears but jumps/adjusts and the
title proper data entry element is hidden. User must scroll up to reveal
title proper data entry element and input data.
Expected result:
================
no jump/adjust. screen opens at top of archival description edit template.
