Jessica, we added this behaviour because showing siblings of higher levels was very slow when the number of siblings is very big. Ralf's approach for ArchivesCanada persists hiding siblings of higher levels. If they are really *necessary* we may have to revert that change, but it can be very slow and break ICA-AtoM for many sites unfortunately.
