To reproduce this error:

1) Fresh 1.2 install
2) Create information object titled "Peanut" (use RAD)
3) Add date of creation, whatever dates, but linked to an actor, call
it "Casimiro"
4) Save it
5) Search for Peanut
Resulting error:
================
In the search results, the Peanut record is shown including its dates.
However, the link to the authority record is broken because the url is
trying to be generated from its title, we need an instance of the object or
its title.
