To reproduce this error:

1) Use ICA-AtoM 1.2
2) Upload a PDF or a tiff
3) Search for that archival description using the search bar
Resulting error:

Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Sorry something went wrong
Try again a little later or ask in the discussion group
Field name "do_thumbnail_FullPath" not found in document.
