New issue 2271 by [email protected]: Add "Immediate" to Source of
Acquisition field label in Accessions Template

Currently label reads Source of acquisition, but related tooltip for
Archival History informs user that when the resource is acquired from the
creator use "Immediate Source of Acquisition".
To support consistency, change label to reflect tooltip.
